Welcome to KimCoffeeFitness! I am a certifed athletic trainer with over 10 years of experience. I'm a working mom of 2 daughters and military spouse that knows how to motivate you reach YOUR goals. As a former collegiate basketball player, I know about determination and motivation. I want to bring that same passion to help you achieve YOUR fitness goals through careful and uniquely tailored fitness assessment and exercise programming. I started KimCoffeeFitness to share my passion for fitness and coaching skills to help everyone achieve THEIR fitness goals!

Your nutritional guidelines is designed with simplicity in mind, making it easy to integrate into your daily life. We'll focus on fundamental principles, helping you make informed choices without overwhelming complexity.

This meeting will serve as an initial discussion between you and I to assess fitness goals, health history, and individual needs. During the consultation, the I will gather information on your current fitness level, lifestyle, preferences, and any specific challenges or considerations. The nonrefundable $25 consultation fee is added to the first month's bill if you decide to proceed with the coaching services.
