This meeting will serve as an initial discussion between you and I to assess fitness goals, health history, and individual needs. During the consultation, the I will gather information on your current fitness level, lifestyle, preferences, and any specific challenges or considerations. The nonrefundable $25 consultation fee is added to the first month's bill if you decide to proceed with the coaching services.
